By accessing our website or using the services provided by 5C Containers ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

5C Containers provides roll-off dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction purposes. Our services include the delivery, rental, and pickup of dumpsters in our service areas, including Boerne, TX and Mount Vernon, TX and surrounding communities.

Rental Agreement

When you book a dumpster rental through our website or by phone, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a valid address and contact details.
• The dumpster must be placed on your property or in a location where you have authorization for placement.
• You are responsible for ensuring the placement area is accessible and free of obstructions for delivery and pickup.
• Rental periods, pricing, and any additional fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

Prohibited Items

The following materials are prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic materials
• Paints, solvents, and flammable liquids
• Batteries and electronics (e-waste)
• Tires and automotive fluids
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or infectious waste
• Appliances containing refrigerants (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners)

If prohibited items are found in the dumpster, you may be subject to additional fees and responsible for the cost of proper disposal.

Weight Limits and Overage Fees

Each dumpster has a specified weight limit that will be communicated at the time of booking. If the contents of the dumpster exceed the weight limit, additional overage fees may apply. Do not fill the dumpster above the fill line or top of the container walls.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a rental, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled delivery date.

Property Damage

While we take care during delivery and pickup, 5C Containers is not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or other property resulting from the placement, use, or removal of dumpsters. It is your responsibility to prepare the placement area and communicate any concerns before delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5C Containers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5C Containers, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or placement of prohibited items in a dumpster.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.
